We will also have all electronic forms in both Spanish and English to help make voting accessible to as many of our Midsouth Family as possible!

Registration

The first Church to be registered will get pizzas delivered by the district for their NYI Covention! (Depending on local delivery availability, you may get a rain check!)

NYI CONVENTION

The date of the convention is July 1st at 6:30pm We’ll be gathering virtually over Zoom!

The room code will be sent out the day of the convention via email from NYI as well as posted to the NYI Leadership Facebook page

Devices?

You will need two separate devices to participate effectively.

Device 1 should be used to participate in and display the Zoom meeting. It will also be used to watch the reports and highlight video via the link shared in the comments section on Zoom

Device 2 will also be connected to Zoom but will only be used for voting. The link to the ballot will be shared within the chat feature of the Zoom meeting when voting begins. A leader should be in charge of this device and will need to fill out the first page of the from before delegates are able to vote.
